Great people deserve a great interview experience. We run three stages, which gives us time to get to know you properly and gives you time to check that our values feel like yours. Here's what that looks like:
1. Initial call
Once your application lands, we’ll look at it internally. If we think you could be a good fit, we’ll set up a 30-minute video or phone call with the Head of Department. It’s a relaxed first chat where we get to know you and tell you more about the role.
2. Face-to-face interview
This is a one-hour interview at our office with the Head of Department and a colleague you’d work closely with. We ask all candidates to complete a task at this stage. It’s your chance to show us what you’re good at and how your skills could make a real difference in the role.
3. Meet the team
Good things take time, and hiring is no exception. So we set aside a longer session, either a morning or an afternoon, for you to meet the wider team. You’ll spend time with the people you’d work with day to day, get a proper feel for the office and hear more about our values. You’ll also see how the role fits into the agency and what it adds.
And that’s the lot. If you’ve liked us and we’ve liked you, the role could be yours. Ta-da.

A modern team requires a modern office. We call 6,500 sq ft of Munro House in the heart of Leeds our home; a space conducive to producing great digital and designed to make work, well… not feel like work.
Our internship
What better way to kick off your digital career than working alongside a team who live and breathe it?
Our paid internship is full-time, hands-on and packed with opportunity. You’ll work on real projects for real clients, get to grips with tools, tactics and teamwork, and come out the other side more confident, capable and career-ready.
Plenty of past interns have gone on to secure full-time roles here at Engage or with other top agencies and brands. We can’t promise a job at the end, but we will invest our time, attention and know-how to help you level up. You bring the enthusiasm. We'll bring the rest.
